Comprehensive API Development

This road-map outlines the plans for API development, which will help power your applications. We plan to complete it by the end of July 2023, with some additional features being added later in August 2023. We will keep our customers updated on our progress and release new features as they become ready.

User Management for Organizations

We're introducing a feature that allows organizations to control how many users can sign up under their account. Each user will be linked to an organization and will be identified by a unique organization ID. Additionally, we will manage which email domains are permitted for each organization, ensuring that only authorized users can create accounts under them. This setup helps maintain organized and secure user management across different organizational structures.

Continuity Assurance Protocol

We are introducing a Continuity Assurance Protocol to enhance system reliability in response to recent high latency issues noted with our primary LLM provider. This proactive measure ensures that our platform automatically switches to an alternative provider if query timeouts occur. This approach prevents disruptions and maintains consistent service quality across the Hansei platform.

Sharepoint Integration

We plan to develop an integration with SharePoint, aiming to enhance the way organizations manage and interact with their documents and data stored on SharePoint platforms. This integration will allow Hansei to directly access and analyze content within SharePoint, facilitating smoother workflows and more efficient data processing. By connecting Hansei's advanced analytical capabilities with SharePoint's robust document management system, we aim to empower users with deeper insights and streamlined operations.

Enable "Select All" when editing collections

We plan to create a "Select All" feature for editing collections within Hansei. This new functionality will enable users to select all items in a collection with a single action, streamlining the editing process and enhancing user efficiency. By adding this capability, we aim to significantly improve the user experience, particularly for those managing large sets of data or documents.

In-line PDF citations

We plan to introduce inline PDF citations, enhancing the way users interact with source materials. This upgrade will embed citations directly within the text responses, providing immediate context and simplifying the verification process. This feature aims to boost both the usability and credibility of our platform by facilitating easier access to detailed source information.

Custom Branding

In addition to adjusting colors and icons, we plan to allow users to remove Hansei branding from the chat window. This feature will allow these users to customize the chat interface to align with their own branding, offering a seamless integration into their existing digital environment. This customization enhances the professional appearance and improves the overall user experience by maintaining consistency with the organization’s visual identity.

Contact Info Capture

We plan to develop a feature that enables Hansei to collect contact information when it cannot answer a question. This capability will automatically prompt the user to provide their contact details, which can then be sent directly to a CRM system or designated email for follow-up. This ensures that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly, enhancing customer service and ensuring no query goes unresolved.

Confluence Integration

External Database Integration

We plan to introduce a feature enabling Hansei to integrate with external storage solutions such as Amazon S3 and Google Drive. This will allow users to analyze and utilize data hosted outside Hansei’s database, expanding the range of data sources and enhancing flexibility in data management. This feature aims to streamline workflows by providing direct access to and analysis of data stored in widely-used cloud services.

Website Data Refresh

We plan to add a feature that enables users to refresh or recrawl connected websites directly within Hansei. This functionality will ensure that the data sourced from URLs or sitemaps remains current with the latest website updates, eliminating the need for manual reconnection. This enhancement will enhance data accuracy and user efficiency by maintaining up-to-date information with minimal effort.

Raw Data Analysis & Interaction

We plan to introduce a feature that enables users to directly query raw data within CSV files, AirTable, and similar programs. Advanced PDF Image and Chart Recognition
